§ 23-19.6-9 - State procurement of recycled oil products.

SECTION 23-19.6-9

   § 23-19.6-9  State procurement of recycledoil products. – All officials of this state shall encourage the purchase of recycled oilproducts represented as substantially equivalent to products made from new oilin accordance with § 23-19.6-8 of this chapter.
