§ 23-19.4-1 Licenses – Applications.– (a) No person, firm, corporation, partnership, or association shall engage inthe business of pumping, cleaning, and/or transporting septage, industrialwastes, or oil waste unless a license is obtained from the department ofenvironmental management.
(b) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or associationwho desires to engage in such a business shall submit in writing in such formas is required by the department, an application for a license to engagetherein.
