SECTION 23-19.12-17

   § 23-19.12-17  Supersedes existinginfectious waste regulations. – The regulations promulgated to this chapter shall supersede the rules andregulations governing the management of infectious waste in health carefacilities (R23-17-INF, R23-16.2INF) promulgated by the Rhode Island departmentof health.
