§ 23-19.1-10.1 - Criteria for permits.

SECTION 23-19.1-10.1

   § 23-19.1-10.1  Criteria for permits.– The director shall only grant permits to hazardous waste management facilitiesupon a showing that the facilities are required to manage hazardous wastegenerated in the state.
