§ 23-18.10-6 Penalties and enforcement.– (a) Anyone violating or failing to comply with any of the requirements of thischapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars($5,000).
(b) The director may seek legal, injunctive, or otherequitable relief to enforce this chapter.
(c) The remedies and penalties provided in this section arecumulative and not exclusive.
