§ 23-17-31 - Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing – Hospitals.

SECTION 23-17-31

   § 23-17-31  Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) testing – Hospitals. – (a) Hospital patients in any hospital licensed under this chapter shall beoffered testing for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as set forth in chapter23-6.3.
