§ 23-17-14.1 - Immunity for council members.

SECTION 23-17-14.1

   § 23-17-14.1  Immunity for council members.– No member of the health services council while acting in his or her capacity asa council member shall be liable for any civil damages as a result ofindividual or collective actions or recommendations as a member of the council.
