SECTION 23-17-12.10

   § 23-17-12.10  Quality predictive modeling– Established. – The department of health shall develop a data modeling or other capacity to usequality data already collected from nursing facilities to detect patterns ofhigh performance and/or potential deficiency(ies) affecting resident care.
