§ 23-17.4-16.4 Heat relief. – Any assisted living residence which does not provide air conditioning in everyresident lodging unit shall provide an air conditioned room or rooms in aresidential section or sections of the facility to provide relief to residentswhen the outdoor temperature exceeds eighty (80) degrees Fahrenheit.
