§ 23-17.4-16.1 - Posting and providing a copy of rights of residents.

SECTION 23-17.4-16.1

   § 23-17.4-16.1  Posting and providing acopy of rights of residents. – Each residence shall provide each resident or his or her representative uponadmission a copy of the provisions of § 23-17.4-16, "Rights of Residents",and shall display in a conspicuous place on the premises a copy of the "Rightsof Residents".
