§ 23-17.4-12 Obtaining access under falsepretenses. – Any person who shall obtain access to an assisted living residence for adultsor to its residents under false representation of purpose or identificationshall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not morethan five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, orboth, in the discretion of the court for each offense.
