§ 23-17.3-3 - Organization – Officers.

SECTION 23-17.3-3

   § 23-17.3-3  Organization – Officers.– The members of the council shall elect from among themselves a chairperson, avice chairperson, and a secretary. The officers shall serve one-year terms andshall be eligible to succeed themselves.
