§ 23-17.14-33 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision to anyperson or circumstances is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the chapter, which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or applicable, and to this end the provisions of thischapter are declared to be severable.
