§ 23-17.12-14 Penalties. – A person who substantially violates any provision of this chapter or anyregulation adopted under this chapter or who submits any false information inan application required by this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and onconviction is subject to a penalty not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000).
