§ 23-14-4 Severability. – If the provisions of this chapter or the application of the provisions of thischapter to any person or circumstances is held invalid, that invalidity shallnot affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be giveneffect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of the chapter are declared to be severable.
