§ 23-12.5-2 - Radiation incident plan.

SECTION 23-12.5-2

   § 23-12.5-2  Radiation incident plan.– The director of health shall formulate and keep current a radiation incidentplan for this state, in accordance with the duty assumed pursuant to articleIII (a) of the compact contained in § 23-12.5-1.
