§ 23-1-41 Rhode Island public healthfoundation. – The Rhode Island department of health may establish a nonprofit corporation inthe state for the purpose of obtaining and expediting competitive public healthresearch, development, and innovation projects and programs funded by thefederal government and private foundations. This new legal entity shall beknown as the "Rhode Island public health foundation".
