§ 23-1.3-17 - Protection of department of health powers.

SECTION 23-1.3-17

   § 23-1.3-17  Protection of department ofhealth powers. – The powers and functions vested in the department of health under theprovisions of this chapter shall not be construed to affect in any manner thepowers, duties, and functions vested in the department of health under anyother provisions of law.
