§ 23-1.1-10 - Prosecution of violations.

SECTION 23-1.1-10

   § 23-1.1-10  Prosecution of violations.– It shall be the duty of the director of health to notify the director of laborand training of all violations of this chapter and the director of labor andtraining shall then request the attorney general to prosecute all violations.
