SECTION 22-7.4-6

   § 22-7.4-6  References to committee. –Each branch of the legislature shall refer to the joint committee, eitherinitially or after action by other committees, all bills and resolutionsdealing with or affecting the naming of all new buildings, bridges, edifices,and other state constructions.
