   § 22-7.4-39  The Professor Emeritus HermanE. Sheets Building. – The building on the Narragansett Bay campus of the University of Rhode Islandknown as the OE-II (Wave Tank Building) shall be named the Professor EmeritusHerman E. Sheets Building.
