   § 22-7.4-38  The Professor Emeritus FosterH. Middleton Building. – The building on the Narragansett Bay campus of the University of Rhode Islandknown as the OE-I (South Laboratory Building) shall be named the ProfessorEmeritus Foster H. Middleton Building.
