§ 22-3-9 - Engagement of legislators absent from organization meeting.

SECTION 22-3-9

   § 22-3-9  Engagement of legislators absentfrom organization meeting. – Senators and representatives not present at the first meeting of the respectivehouses shall, after presenting the evidence of their election, take theengagement of office before they shall act in their respective offices.
