§ 21-9-5 - Refusal, suspension, or revocation of licenses.

SECTION 21-9-5

   § 21-9-5  Refusal, suspension, orrevocation of licenses. – The refusal, suspension, or revocation of any license shall be made inaccordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
