§ 21-28.4-8 - Disposition of controlled substances.

SECTION 21-28.4-8

   § 21-28.4-8  Disposition of controlledsubstances. – Excess or undesired controlled substances used in the controlled substancestherapeutic research program shall be disposed of in accordance with theprovisions of § 21-28-5.07.
