§ 21-28.4-11 Appropriations. – The director of health shall provide necessary space, personnel, and materialto carry out the provisions of this chapter. Extra costs incurred shall beannually submitted by the director of health in the director's budget requestin a one-line item for the controlled substance therapeutic research program.
