§ 21-15-13 Sales and shipments byfishermen unaffected. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as to prevent any fishermen orowners of fish, coming to this state from their fishing trips, from selling orreshipping their fish to any other of the United States without being packedinto barrels or half barrels.
