§ 21-15-12 Stamping as to quality ofmackerel. – No person or persons shall sell or offer for sale any mackerel without havingstamped, upon the barrel or covering containing the barrel, in a plain andlegible manner the quality of the fish as classified in §§ 21-15-7– 21-15-11.
