§ 21-14-3 Sanitary regulations. – The director shall adopt any regulations regarding sanitation as he or sheshall deem necessary with reference to the conduct of a shellfish business. Thedirector shall also adopt any regulations as he or she deems necessary toassure the sanitary quality of shellfish brought into this state for sale inthis state.
