§ 20-2-37 Waterfowl stamp fees. – (a) Stamps shall be sold at the direction of the director for a fee of sevendollars and fifty cents ($7.50). The issuing agent may retain a fee of fiftycents ($.50) for each stamp and shall remit seven dollars ($7.00) of each feeto the department. The director shall establish a uniform sale price for allcategories of by-products.
