§ 20-2-36 - Waterfowl stamp design, production, and distribution.

SECTION 20-2-36

   § 20-2-36  Waterfowl stamp design,production, and distribution. – The director of the department of environmental management shall be responsiblefor the design, production, procurement, distribution, and sale of all stampsand all marketable stamp by-products such as posters, artwork, calendars, andother items.
