§ 20-16-17 Prohibition against hunting orkilling otter. – No person shall hunt, trap, take, or kill an otter in this state. Any personviolating the provision of this section shall be guilty of a civil violationand be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.Jurisdiction over violations of this section shall be with the traffic tribunal.
