§ 20-15-6 - Prohibition of hunting by local authorities.

SECTION 20-15-6

   § 20-15-6  Prohibition of hunting by localauthorities. – Any city or town council is authorized and empowered to prohibit hunting,possessing, or taking deer within the boundaries of the city or town byordinance duly enacted.
