§ 2-7-15 Cancellation of registrations.– The director is authorized and empowered to cancel the registration of anybrand of commercial fertilizer or to refuse to register any brand of commercialfertilizer as provided in this chapter, upon satisfactory evidence that theregistrant has used fraudulent or deceptive practices in the evasions orattempted evasions of the provisions of this chapter or any rules andregulations promulgated under this chapter. No registration shall be revoked orrefused until the registrant has been given the opportunity to appear for ahearing by the director.
