§ 2-18.1-12 Reinstatement of license orcertificate. – The director may grant or reinstate any license or certificate of inspectionwhich has been withheld, suspended or revoked if the conditions which incitedthe withholding, suspension or revocation have been corrected and the directoris satisfied, as a result of investigation, that the conditions are not likelyto recur.
