§ 2-17-8 Willful transportation ofinfestation. – Any person willfully importing into this state, or willfully transporting fromplace to place within this state, any imagos, eggs, caterpillars, or pupae ofthe moths shall be fined not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) and beimprisoned for not more than one year.
