§ 2-17-5 Importation or transportation ofinfestation. – No imagos, eggs, caterpillars, or pupae of the gypsy or brown-tail moths, andno lumber (new or old), wood, posts, shrubs, trees, or branches, stone orrubbish, nor any material which by reason of having been exposed to infestationis liable to carry the live eggs, imagos, caterpillars, or pupae of the moths,shall knowingly be imported into the state, nor be transported from place toplace within the state.
