§ 2-17-4 Appropriations and expenses.– To meet the expenses incurred under the authority of §§ 2-17-1 –2-17-8 there shall be allowed and paid out of the treasury of the state any sumthat the general assembly may annually appropriate, to be expended under thedirection of the director of environmental management, from time to time, uponvouchers approved by the director.
