§ 2-15-3 Violations. – Any person, firm or corporation or agent who cuts or saws standing or growingtrees, shrubs, or vegetation for commercial forest products from any locationwithout first receiving a registration certificate shall be guilty of amisdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100), normore than five hundred dollars ($500).
