§ 2-11-11 State appropriations. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums that it may deemnecessary in carrying out the provisions of this chapter and chapter 12 of thistitle and the state controller is authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment of the sums appropriated, orso much of the sums as may be required, upon receipt by him or her of propervouchers approved by the director of environmental management.
