§ 19-5-10 - Appointment and term of credit committee members.

SECTION 19-5-10

   § 19-5-10  Appointment and term of creditcommittee members. – The board of directors shall appoint a credit committee of no fewer than three(3) members, who shall serve at the pleasure of the board of directors.
