§ 19-11-2 Removal of conservator –Vacancies. – If the director, at any time, deems it in the best interest of any financialinstitution or credit union or its creditors that the conservator appointedpursuant to § 19-11-1 shall be removed from office, the director may soorder and may appoint a successor to that office.
