SECTION 18-12.1-9

   § 18-12.1-9  Relation to ElectronicSignatures in Global and National Commerce Act. – This chapter modified, limits, and supersedes the Electronic Signatures inGlobal and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., but does notmodify, limit, or supersede § 101 of that act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001(a),or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in § 103of that act, 15 U.S.C. § 7003(b).
