§ 17-9.1-30 Appeal of ruling by board ofcanvassers. – Notwithstanding any provisions of the general laws to the contrary, all appealsfrom decisions rendered by the board of canvassers of the various cities andtowns regarding the eligibility of a person to vote shall be to the state boardof elections.
