§ 17-25-7.4 - Limitations on repayment of loans.

SECTION 17-25-7.4

   § 17-25-7.4  Limitations on repayment ofloans. – Campaign contributions received pursuant to this chapter shall not be used torepay cumulative personal loans that were made on or after April 29, 1992, to acampaign by a candidate in excess of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)during an election cycle.
