§ 17-25-5.1 - Manual of legal requirements.

SECTION 17-25-5.1

   § 17-25-5.1  Manual of legal requirements.– The board of elections shall prepare and publish a manual prescribing therequirements of the law, and the secretary of state shall have copies of themanual available for individuals filing candidacy papers.
