§ 17-25-2 - Declaration of policy.

SECTION 17-25-2

   § 17-25-2  Declaration of policy. –It is declared to be in the public interest and to be the policy of the stateto require the reporting of certain contributions received and expendituresmade to aid or promote the nomination, election, or defeat of all candidatesfor public office.
