§ 17-23-10 - Violations by public officers generally.

SECTION 17-23-10

   § 17-23-10  Violations by public officersgenerally. – Any public officer, upon whom a duty is imposed by this title, who willfullyneglects to perform his or her duty, or who performs it in a way that hindersthe objects of this title, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
