§ 17-19-6 Ballot – Arrangement.– In all cases where optical scan precinct count units are to be used for anyelection, the secretary of state shall prepare a diagram of the computer ballotto be used at the election. The diagram shall determine the manner and order inwhich the ballot shall be arranged, and the diagram shall, on the day of anyelection, be in the possession of the warden and available for publicinspection. The diagram shall be a copy of the actual computer ballot to bevoted at the polling place.
