§ 17-19-53 Voter accompanied by childrenwithin voting booth. – Nothing contained in the general laws of Rhode Island shall prevent a voterfrom being accompanied by a child or children who are under the age of thirteen(13) years while the voter is within the voting booth area, provided that thechild or children are under the voter's care and supervision.
